MEDVROOM ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Effective Date: June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of the MedVroom platform, including patients and healthcare providers. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service (Patient) and Provider Agreement. Violation of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Post Inaccurate or Harmful Content
- • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or information
- • Post content that impersonates any person or entity
- • Share personal health information of others without authorization
Harassment & Abuse
- • Post abusive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or discriminatory content
- • Engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech targeting patients, providers, or MedVroom staff
Spam & Manipulation
- • Post promotional, advertising, or solicitation content (except authorized provider profiles)
- • Manipulate reviews (e.g., incentivizing, faking, or suppressing reviews)
- • Engage in artificial boosting of ratings or search visibility
Intellectual Property Violations
- • Post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights
Illegal or Harmful Activities
- • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- • Attempt to circumvent platform security, fees, or moderation systems
- • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
Provider-Specific Prohibitions
- • Misrepresent credentials, licensure status, or insurance participation
- • Double-book or fail to honor confirmed appointments without valid reason
- • Solicit patients to move bookings off-platform (see Non-Circumvention clause)
Moderation & Enforcement
- • MedVroom reserves the sole right to review, moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates this AUP.
- • We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.
- • Decisions are final and at MedVroom’s discretion.
- • We are not obligated to monitor all content but will respond to valid reports.
Reporting Violations
If you see content that violates this policy, please report it to support@medvroom.com .
Changes
We may update this AUP. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
